NCSI 2025: PIC Opens Applications for 13th National Conference on Social Innovation

Pune International Centre (PIC), in collaboration with the National Innovation Foundation (NIF) and Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), has officially opened applications for the 13th edition of the National Conference on Social Innovation – NCSI 2025.

The flagship event is scheduled for November 2025 and will bring together innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers from across the country.

NCSI 2025 to Showcase Innovations in Urban, Rural, and Tribal Categories

Organised by PIC’s Social Innovation Hub (SI Hub), NCSI 2025 will feature a national competition inviting applications from social innovators working on transformative solutions.

Finalists will be chosen from entries in the Urban, Rural, and Tribal categories, with the opportunity to showcase their work at the conference.

The conference has a legacy of nurturing pioneering entrepreneurs. Past participants include Ajinkya Dhariya of PadCare Labs and Nupur Poharkar of PIRUL Handicrafts, both of whom scaled their impact through opportunities received at NCSI.

Benefits of Participating in NCSI 2025

Applicants selected for NCSI 2025 will gain:

  • A platform to present their work before CSR leaders, donors, accelerators, and impact investors
  • Eligibility for cash prizes across three categories
  • Entry into a nine-month Social Enterprise Mentoring Programme (SEMP)
  • Access to PIC SI Hub’s Shared Service Centre for Social Enterprises (SSC-SE)
